3. Compliance with Regulatory Standards

  • Finectory is committed to adhering to the ethical and regulatory guidelines set by ICAI, ICSI, CFA Institute, AICPA, and other professional bodies. We ensure that all listed professionals comply with their respective regulatory standards. However, it is the responsibility of professionals to maintain valid certifications and adhere to their governing body’s code of conduct.
  • Finectory does not certify, audit, or guarantee the compliance of individual professionals. Users are encouraged to verify credentials before engaging with any listed professional.

4. Account Registration and Use

  • Users can create an account and manage their profile.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Service Scope

  • Finectory is a directory platform that connects users with CAs, CSs, Accountants, CFAs, CPAs, and other finance professionals.
  • We do not provide financial, accounting, or legal services directly.
  • We are not liable for any agreements, payments, or services between users and professionals.

6. Content and Listings

  • Professionals must provide accurate and up-to-date information in their profiles.
  • Any misleading, false, or unlawful content may lead to removal from our platform.
  • Users cannot post promotional or third-party advertisements without permission.

7. Payments and Subscription

  • Finectory may offer free and premium listing plans.
  • Payment details must be accurate and valid.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable.

8. Reviews and Ratings

  • Users can leave genuine reviews for professionals.
  • Fake, defamatory, or abusive reviews may be removed.
