Position Overview

DCIL is seeking an experienced finance professional for the role of Chief Financial Officer Job DCIL. The selected candidate will serve as a key member of the executive team and lead the financial strategy and operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance and accounts functions of the organization
• Manage statutory compliance, financial governance, reporting, and budgeting
• Prepare financial statements and formulate policies
• Guide financial planning, taxation, contract management, and internal controls
• Report directly to the Managing Director & CEO

Eligibility Criteria

Age: 47 to 55 years (as of 01 April 2025)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant from a recognized institution
Experience:

• Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts
• For PSU/Govt: At least 2 years in ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 scale (IDA) or equivalent
• For Private Sector: 4+ years as Head of Finance in a listed company with ₹800 Cr+ turnover and ₹40 LPA CTC

Selection Process

• PowerPoint presentation (50%) on candidate’s vision and strategy for DCIL
• Interview (50%) by selection panel
